Welcome to Burro Flats High Desert Lodge (our home which we love to share with visitors)! The "Independence Room" is a large (about 500 square feet) master bedroom for up to 3. It is an UPSTAIRS room with a view facing east, and attached private bathroom including deep soaker bathtub (plus shower). It also has a large closet, seating area and SUPER comfy queen sized bed. Our multiple guest sets SHARE access to main floor kitchen, pool table (TV and pool table hours 10am-10pm), half bathroom.

Close to Zion, Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks. Tucked deep inside the Dixie National Forest, 8800ft altitude. Walking distance of fresh streams and lakes. Fish, relax and site see nature’s beauty. We charge a pet fee to offset the extra cost of cleaning up. 1970’s mobile home will take you back in time, but still comfortable, clean and affordable. Wild animal habitat. Deer, raccoon, skunk, squirrel, mouse, bear, badger, antelope, mountain lion. Please be mindful.

The Bus Stop Inn #2

Brand new and very private and quiet with private patio facing infinite red cliffs. Town center is only 1.7 miles...a nice walk, too. The neighborhood is quiet and provides wonderful walks with fantastic views. We love visiting with guests and sometimes enjoy dinner together, or an evening hike on a nearby trail. And you can enjoy sitting and dining or just hanging out in one of our two classic VW Campers! If we're booked, check out our Bus Stop Inn #1.

Centrally located/ Pirate bunk bed/ private bath

Pirate/ British Adventure decorated UPSTAIRS VIEW room with queen sized bottom bunk bed and individual twin size top bunk bed. Your designated, private full bathroom with shower is just down the hallway and reserved just for you (no en suite bathroom). No closet. This smaller, basic room has a fun theme with PIRATE SHIP BED and Union Jack flag decor! Kitchen shared with other guests (bring groceries). High, angled ceiling with quiet ceiling fan.

Ideal home base/Queen bed/ futon/ Private bathroom

Stay in 2nd largest home in Kanab, popular for central location to scenic parks & tours. Upstairs "American Frontier Room" with landscape view, queen size bed + futon. En Suite, doored, private ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM. Shared access to kitchen (bring groceries), pool table, FAST wifi, etc Just 5 minutes drive from Kanab city center.

Zion/ Bryce/ Perfect home base/ Private bathroom

Stay in 2nd largest home in Kanab! About an hour from scenic parks. "Garden Room" is pink, red, etc with flowers and its own, private bathroom en suite. Nice view, queen size bed and individual size, small futon. SHARED access to kitchen (bring groceries)

TWO bedrooms that are next to each other within our home. We created this block of 2 rooms SET so groups traveling together could have some sleeping privacy. Each room has their own doored bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, plus basic amenities.
