This 700 sq ft, two room barndominium is located in the gated lake community of Linn Valley Lakes in Linn Valley Kansas. It was updated in 2025 and contains a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, one queen bed and fold-out sofa, electric fireplace, two AC units, and two 45" TVs. It has year-around WIFI, YouTube TV, and is a short walk to the swimming beach and public pool. It also has a large outdoor patio w/fire pit, wood, and Bluetooth speakers, and small dogs are welcome.

Built in 1910 with a backdrop of the barn built the same year, The Farmhouse is cozy and quiet. Designed by our son George, The Kit turned into a family project, and became our favorite! This small cabin includes a comfy queen bed (linens included), bathroom with toilet, shower, and space-saving sinklet. Living area has A/C and heat, two recliners, plus kitchenette with minifridge, microwave, dishes, silverware. Located in our family-run campground--when you rent this cabin you also get access to the clubhouse with laundry, playground, trails, and creek!

The Brick Barn Studio is a sweet and peaceful private space on the first floor of a late 19th century Carriage House. There is a privacy curtain provided for guests who would like a little separation between the bed and sleeper sofa.

This carriage house sits on 2 acres, with the original 1860s house. Located 1 mile East of historic Mass. St. in Lawrence, KS, it has 3 BR & 2 bathrooms. Access is limited to the space above the garage (must climb stairs), private balcony, & the front/middle yard. Absolutely ZERO smoking OR vaping tolerated or allowed on premises! Be aware before booking! You must acknowledge & agree to the house rules when booking!
