The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Two private outdoor areas on either side of the apartment – a sunny fenced terrace, and a generous balcony with views of the South Island.

Chill out and relax in this calm, stylish space located in Waikanae Beach. The apartment is below an existing property originally set up for extended family with it's own entry. Open plan living with office space, spacious bedroom with a Super king bed, bathroom that offer's a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine combined. Totally self contained with a full kitchen. Breakfast provided which consists of Bacon, Eggs, cereals, Fruit, milk, Juice, butter and spreads Tea, coffee.

The studio has a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer and fridge freezer. Continental breakfast is provided.

Beach Heaven Apartment is beautifully renovated apartment and designed with couples in mind. It has its own private entrance and private courtyard with outdoor furniture. Even though it is downstairs from Beach Heaven House there is complete privacy and it has been built with Acoustic and Fire rating walls and ceilings. It has a modern bathroom, laundry, separate bedroom and living area with a small kitchenette & dining area. Sunny and warm as fully insulated & heat pump.

Olive Grove Luxury at Peka Peka, Waikanae!

Breathtaking views from our boutique olive grove over Kapiti Island and the South Island in a tranquil rural setting. The apartment can sleep four, either 2 couples or a couple and 2 singles. We are also close to several popular wedding venues and 4kms from Waikanae village. The train leaves for Wellington city every 30 minutes and we are 10 minutes south of the outlet shopping mecca of Otaki! The village and beach area have wonderful cafés and restaurants.

Watch the sunset relaxing on the deck or wander down the private access to the beach for a walk or swim. If you would rather chill, there are lots of books & games to keep you entertained. Off street parking and only a 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to local shops & restaurants. No smokers, pets or parties. Maximum 4 people.
