Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. This house is situated on a working farm so on occasion there will be stock work nearby, (with the accompanying acoustics) other times it will be just the surrounding rural views to keep you company. The property is located within minutes from the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and all the other attractions that this region offers. Spend a couple of nights and visit the West Coast eg Kawhia with it's great fishing or dig your own hot pools. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room.

You will have exclusive use of this 3 bedroom country home which easily accommodates 7 people. An 11 minute drive to the sensational Wairere Falls bush walk . 17 minutes to Hobbiton Movie set . Has foam mattresses for groups up to 11 as well as a portacot. Please be aware of electric fences on driveway( but not near house surroundings )
