The house is in the centre of the characteristic village of Kaspakas, close to the village square where you will find a church, a bar and a supermarket. It is a five-minute car ride from the main town and port of Mirina; and only 1,5 km from the sea and the beautiful beach of Aghios Ioannis. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, τη Μύρινα. Το σπίτι είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος και είναι ημιυπόγειο. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δυο ή τρία άτομα, καθώς υπάρχουν δυο μονά κρεβάτια και ένας καναπές που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σαν κρεβάτι. Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει φούρνος και δυο μεγάλα σούπερ μάρκετ. Επίσης, μερικά απο τα αξιοθέατα του νησιού απέχουν λίγα μόλις μέτρα από το σπίτι, όπως το μουσείο, το κάστρο και η κεντρική αγορά με τα καταστήματα. Παρέχεται δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο κτίριο.
