This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Apartment is located in Kastel Gomilica, between two UNESCO protected towns of Split and Trogir (12 km). Beach is just 50 m away and Marina Kastela is on your doorstep. Split airport is 8 km away from us. Within 300 m radius you can find supermarket, restaurant, cafe bar, post office, church, playground and bus stop is merely 100 m away. Apartment comes with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv, towels and bedlinen and fully equipped kitchen. Guest are also welcome to make use of the barbecue in the garden. We are easily accessible by car and parking is free of charge for our guests. We hope enjoy your stay with us !

The castle was built in the 16th century by Benedictine nuns who had fled to the area to escape Ottoman invaders. The castle was constructed using local stone and features a rectangular tower, a chapel, and living quarters for the nuns. Today, Kaštilac is a popular tourist attraction and is accessible by boat or kayak. Visitors can explore the castle and learn about its history.
