Builded third year ago. Pool is private, not shared with anyone and its heated pool. There is lounge area around pool- nicely decorated pool outdoor furniture , open air shower and grill area. The apartment is located in a family house on the 1st floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, spacious terrace, heated pool, summer kitchen, barbecue, garage and 2 outdoor parking spaces. It is surrounded by a garden rich in greenery, where there are facilities suitable for children, such as a swing, an area for volleyball, badminton, table tennis and other.
