Once again Welcome to Luxury Tower No1 the best Luxury apartmant in Split ! - WiFi pass is BCBEBBDFBD (for F92A84) - For hot water right switch (on bathroom) must be always ON - Jacuzzi has automatic On/Off button ( when you raise/lower the temperature). If you wanna turn OFF the jets press Jets and lower the temperature at least for 3 degrees ,then will automaticly off. - Manual instruction for washing machine (in lobby),jacuzzi and ice machine on terrace are below TV in master badroom. - Coffe machine and capsules are free! - all what you see (drink,coffe,water,wine,fruit,cookies..) is complementary (free) - for every TV (three TV in apartmant ) you have two remote controler for switch off/on or changing the chanels - when you leave Luxury Towers No1 you must lock the door with the key (not just turn off the door) - you have ICE machine in apartmants lobby free for use - please do not put in jacuzzi any liquid, things or similar. Specially if you will bath on sandy beach please change the swimsuit before using the jacuzzi then. Otherwise the jacuzzi system will be blocked and broke. Also please be carefull with filters in jacuzzi dont stand on him cause will be broke. Thanks - leave the trash in bag in apartmants lobby ,the cleaning lady will take care for that - when you leave apartmant just lock (except main door) the terrace door with the key -when you leave apartmant please be careful and closed the windows and shelters cause during summer storm and rain can fall down on street . - do not turn On the floor heating (except during winter use) - you have HI-FI where you can put music from your Cellphone ond Computer by bluetooth - dont lock the lobby door from inside please - cause other guests can’t enter then. - be careful and dont put anything on the terrace fence wall what can fall down on the street during time when you are not in apartmant (cause of strong wind etc) Enjoy and do not hesitate to ask me anything! This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Apartman Place nalazi se u centru Splita. Udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače, 10 min hoda od plaže Bačvice. Apartman nudi: besplatan bežični pristup internetu (Wi-Fi), klima uređaj, TV, besplatan Netflix , kuhinju, kupaonicu, veliki bračni krevet i masažnu kadu. Splitska riva udaljena je svega 500 metara od apartmana. Izvrsno je mjesto za uživanje i opuštanje u barovima i restoranima. Također u blizini apartmana se nalaze autobusni i željeznički kolodvor.

On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

Everything is nearby: the first beach takes 5mins by foot, morning coffee in cool cafe bars is right there, supermarket, restaurant and even healthy food shop in the same street! Park for recreation, sport, walk or just enjoying some sun is 10mins away. The view from our apartment goes from hills to sea. It takes about 20 minutes to Split and 15 minutes to Trogir. Airport is 10mins driving from here. You have free parking, barbecue.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.
