Vila je novozgrajena rezidenca z bazenom na robu mesta Kaštelir na zahodni obali Istre. Vila je bila zgrajena leta 2018 in se nahaja na 1000 kvadratnih metrov velikem zemljišču z negovano zelenico. Nahaja se na mirni lokaciji, obkrožena z oljčnimi nasadi in ponuja čudovit panoramski pogled na morje. Gostje lahko uživajo v različnih vsebinah Vile Nikolas, vključno z bazenom velikosti 32 kvadratnih metrov, velikim trampolinom za otroke, letno kuhinjo z žarom, jedilnico za 8 oseb, ločenim WC-jem in dvema parkirnima mestoma. Hiša je brez ovir in zato primerna za osebe z omejeno mobilnostjo. Vila z bazenom lahko sprejme 6-8 oseb in se razprostira na 180 kvadratnih metrih v dveh etažah. V pritličju je kuhinja z jedilnico, prostorna dnevna soba s kaminom, raztegljivim kavčem za dve osebi in dvema izhodoma na pokrito teraso, spalnica z zakonsko posteljo in lastno tuš kabino/WC ter ločen WC . V prvem nadstropju so tri spalnice: dve z zakonsko posteljo (ena z dodatnim ležiščem) in lastno kopalnico s tušem/WC ter skupno teraso s sedežno garnituro. Obe spalnici nudita čudovit panoramski pogled na morje in zeleno pokrajino. Tretja spalnica je klimatizirana otroška soba z dvema ločenima posteljama.
