Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

Here, we spend our days relaxing, soaking up the Greek sun on our balcony, explore the beautiful beaches and gulfs and admire the views of the infinite Aegean Sea from a first-row seat! Our Cycladic residence was built with love and care at a unique side of Tzia island. With large open spaces, the kids will play non-stop and you will rejuvenate! Authentic Kea Family House

A house close to everything but also quite private with a marvelous view to the sunset and Otzias beach. The house is divided in three parts and the guest has access to two parts. All are totally seperated from each other, have different entrances, outside areas and facilities. It is perfect for two seperate families or groups that want to spend the holidays together but also have their privacy. Houses communicate only from outside not indoors.
