This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. This self-contained and private studio is located close to the Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Airport and Fortitude Valley. With secure and separate access, you can easily come and go as you please. Located only minutes walk from transport hubs (Northern Busway and Albion Train Station), Lutwyche City Shopping Centre, vibrant cafes & restaurants. Only certain dog breeds are accepted as we have a child on the premises. If your dog is 15kg or larger please send a request before booking.

The property is located in a fairly quiet and family orientated street. The unit is on the same property as the main house and is a generous size approx 70sqM. The house and unit are separated by a breezeway. The unit is your own private space and has a small kitchenette and various appliances. You'll have access to the pool (un-heated) and BBQ area as well. I ask that you please limit guest numbers (if at all). My interaction will be fairly minimal.
