(The sofa bed is only made up for parties of 5 or more). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each and every guest stay - We’re Good to Go standard. No parties. There is a secluded small garden for those wanting an outside space, a fabulous open-plan living area with magnificent period features as well as modern kitchen and 3 beautiful bedrooms.

This 1830s large townhouse in the heart of Brighton is the place to stay! Spread over 4 floors there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a sea view. 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen diner with room to lounge, TV room with Netflix and Sky and a south facing patio. This house can sleep up to 8 with a small sofa bed in the lounge. We can also provide a cot bed and highchair. You have the use of a washing machine and many home comforts. Great location with everything in walking distance. Towels and linen included.

The house has plenty of space and light, great for families, groups of friends, couples and business travellers. We're very happy that many guests see at as "their" Brighton home and keep coming back.

A lovely three bedroom family house in a quiet residential area with open plan living space downstairs. There are two double bedrooms, and a single bedroom. There is also a cloakroom on the first floor. The house is only 300m from the beach via steps as Madeira lift is closed due to covid. Please be aware that car parking is not available at the property but I will explain where you can park nearby for £9.20 per full day. I have never raised my price for busy periods.
