A beautiful private location near the salmon filled Bear Creek. Freezer space for your catch as well as vacuum sealing and packaging for air travel available! Gather around the firepit and grill out in the evenings and enjoy the company! Please note that we do not provide laundry detergent. Bear spray is available for use upon request.

Upstairs includes a spacious loft that sleeps four with one queen bed and two twin beds, along with a nice sitting area and a table for games. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook. The cabin is kid friendly with stair gates and a pack n' play. There is also a large yard for playing and a deck for relaxing.

Our property is new construction that we completed in the fall of 2014. Our family lived in this cabin for just more than a year as we completed construction of our forever home. We are close enough to offer you any assistance you may need but far enough away to give you all the space and privacy you will want. It's a rustic cabin finished with all the modern amenities. The decor suggests a modern feel but the log walls and large windows suggest rustic Alaska.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Our home is right in the middle of the town of Seward. It is two blocks from the ocean and three blocks from the famous Mount Marathon Trail. It is also a few blocks from downtown and the small boat harbor. Built in 1941, this home has some old house personality like a real wood floor that creaks in places. We do not allow smoking or pets. We also do not have a TV. Please enjoy your stay

A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Welcome to my little cabin! Built locally in 1989 this cozy log cabin is one of the few remaining cabins originally built in the Lost Lake Subdivision. With its true cabin form it was built as a "Dry Cabin". In 2011 utilities were added. Staying here you will enjoy the comforts of the modern world but also the coziness of a rustic log cabin on a large private lot in a quiet subdivision. Located 1.2 miles outside the Seward City limits.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.
