It has 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and for chilly days, a wood fire. The Snug is a bird lovers and walkers delight. Cooran is a short drive from many Sunshine Coasts local attractions, including the town of Pomona which hosts the annual King of the Mountain Festival. Come visit us.

Pick organic herbs and veg from the garden for your dinner and enjoy exclusive use of the tennis court and cabana. You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

The Outlook at Kenilworth

The Outlook at Kenilworth is located on the edge of the main town, in walking distance from Elizabeth Street. The house is air-conditioned, well presented and sits at the top of a maintained, two acre block. Sweeping views of the Conondale ranges can be enjoyed from the large deck. You have the entire property to yourself with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is one main bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room that can be made up on request.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
