Canoodlin Cabin on Sebec Lake

Canoodlin is the last point of land before the “big lake” and offers something for everyone with loon calls, fire pit, hammocks, hikes, fishing, canoeing, SUP, swimming and just taking in the beautiful sunset and views of Borestone from the well appointed, private cabin. 2 private master bedrooms, each with its own full bath, have king or twin beds. Gas fireplace, range, oven and BBQ, plus dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Washer/dryer, linens/towels, and basic essentials are provided.

On the water Boathouse!

In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!

This is a salt-air cabin-lover's delight, freshly built in 2019 on a forested slope with peek-a-boo views of the water. Note: It is entirely off the grid, with no plumbing. Rain-barrel showers and a cute one-hole privy are part of the fun. Otherwise, it's pretty cush, with luxurious sheets and linens on a high-quality queen bed with down pillows and mattress topper. The Barn at Forest Hill.

We are in a secluded location sitting on 60+ acres and run on solar power. We are about 30 minutes to downtown Bangor. The barn is an attached structure to our main dwelling. The barn has wood heat, propane wall heaters as backup, and sleeps six people comfortably. Big sky, views with hills and fields. We also welcome snowmobiles, with snowmobiles trails (ITS 83 and 84) passing through our property.
