Knotty Pine Haven Wabasis Lake

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space of Knotty Pine Haven. From the lakefront view of the cottage you can see a variety of wildlife: eagles, swans, geese, various birds and others. Sense the peace and relaxation from a recliner to enjoy the lake. The cottage is glorious in the knotty pine wood throughout. The cottage was totally remodeled in fall of 2022. There are two kayaks and a paddleboat available upon request. There is also a pickle ball court and other games available.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. There are seven bedrooms available to rent, including 5 with queen-sized beds, one with 2 twin beds (main floor), and one with 3 bunk beds.
