Adjacent to the kitchen is a sunroom/dining room looking out to the mountain views all around. the bathroom is newly refurbished with a spacious shower, a toilet and wash hand basin. there are 2 bedrooms. one doube, one twin. This cottage is one of six cottages in a restored courtyard . Each cottage is individually designed with lots of attention to detail. On arrival the guests will be greeted with freshly baked scones and a welcome basket. Fresh flowers in all the rooms and fires and candles lighting in the winter months. The cottages are a mix of modern with a vintage style and are extremely relaxing for both couples and families. The images are a mixture of the different cottages we have available.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: 1 king room and 1 triple room. There is a sofa bed on the landing. The first floor bathroom has a power shower and freestanding bathtub. There is a ground floor toilet just off the small utility in the kitchen.

Garden house is 3 miles from Kenmare. It is set in 3 acres of mature garden & fields & has a lovely view of the countryside & mountains. We like art, design, cooking & gardening & our home reflects this ! We hope you make Garden House your home while you stay! Also two adult bicycles & helmets available for use during your stay so you can enjoy some of the amazing cycle routes on the country lanes, which surround the house!

Helen’s Cottage - Set in Muckross in Killarney

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on a dairy farm in Muckross in Killarney. Relax in this tiny one bedroom cottage in the Irish countryside. Look out onto green fields. A perfect base for hiking or cycling in the area. The cottage was built in the 1970’s so it is not a new property and the interior reflects the age. The house is not suitable for kids as there is only 1 bed.
