Sunset Bay is only 1.8 miles from the Kitty Hawk Beach bathhouse and is centrally located to many restaurants, food/convenience stores, and local shops.

Must be 25 years of age or older. Located at mile post 5.5 in the heart of the beach. There are many shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach/sound is within walking distance. Ocean is perfect for a day of surfing or just relaxing! There's a variety of shopping including outlet malls, a movie theater, a waterpark, and much more near by. Also close to Wright Brothers Memorial and Jockey Ridge for hang gliding. The sound access offers a great location for kayaking, fishing, and paddle boarding.

The sound is a half mile away as well with a beautiful walk/bike path that takes you directly to the Wright Brother's Memorial or you can see sunsets at the gazebo. We have a covered porch and full back yard w/ an outdoor shower.
