This condo is on the top floor so no noise from above. There is also nice bike trails by the condo that takes you directly to the Wrights Brothers Monument. Boat and trailer parking available.

The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

This is the upstairs unit of a two-unit home, and centrally located in Kill Devil Hills about 0.6 miles from the beach. The interior is stylishly decorated with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. It has a full kitchen with almost everything you can think of, with a large dining room table and kitchen island.
