A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

The property has gas central heating/log burner/SmartTV Netflix/wifi.   Sleeps 6 guests ( up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children) in 3 bedrooms ( King has Smart TV, Netflix & en suite) NB : while the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds these are “Trundle” style

A path next to the house leads onto the Aviemore Orbital and the Speyside Way which are great walking and cycling trails.
