Matthew & Caroline provide friendly, helpful and professional service. Situated in a secluded, tranquil rural setting and 35 minutes from the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The rooms stands apart from the main house across a sunny courtyard. The Peddar's Way is nearby, as is Houghton Hall, Oxborough Hall and Holkham Hall amongst other attractions. Parsley Barn, home of David and Su’en Miller, is a converted former coach house and stables fronting onto a quiet road in Great Massingham, 12 miles east of King’s Lynn and 9 miles to Sandringham. You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Lovely Garden room

Our new Garden rooms are light and calming, backing onto fields.Deer, pheasants and barn owl’s can be seen most days.There is a patio at front and at the back where enjoy the view and also a BBQ available to cook your own food. We also have a Scandinavian BBQ HUT where our guests are welcome to spend a private evening of a cost of £20..There is lots of wildlife to be seen here and deer in our woods. Shops are 10 min away but a nice pub/restaurant 4 minutes by car. The trundle bed is 6ft !
