The Picture House - because of the huge 75” smart HDTV, library of DVDs and collection of original film posters on the walls! It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, loo and basin. The wow factor is the huge open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island and a full sized pool table, woodburner and large comfy sofas.

During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

This cosy cottage has a style all of its own. Formerly, the home of the Groom to the Vicarage horses and is located opposite Stable Cottage. Both one bedroom cottages have recently been renovated to a high standard. Located in the village of Middleton, West Norfolk which is a 20 minute drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate Kings Lynn, Ely and many other attractions The cottage has a new kitchen and bathroom, plus lounge and double bedroom. This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.
