Our beautiful Lighthouse Lodge is situated on our peaceful and stunning Tall Pines Park, located in serene woodland in the Lincolnshire coastal countryside. We are close to the amazing and often deserted, dog friendly beaches of Huttoft, Sandilands and Moggs Eye, also close to the villages of Sutton on sea, Alford and Anderby Creek. WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND. There is a fabulous local pub that serves outstanding meals at very reasonable prices only 1 Mile away (walking distance) Its only a 15 minute drive to Skegness and Ingoldmells and Louth and 10 minutes to the historical town of Alford. Doggies are very welcome, there are lots of dog walking trails on site in our own private woodland, and we are very close to dog friendly beaches. We provide doggy treats, poop bags, dog blankets and a dog towels too so your pooch can have a relaxing time with us too. All bedding and towels are included, with beds made up....all ready for you to enjoy your break. Boasting 3 bedrooms, one king-size master bedroom, and 2 rooms both with 2 large single beds. There is a toilet and sink and a separate toilet and shower room, perfect for 6 guests. The property has its own fenced garden for your doggies and children. Plenty of space for socialising in the lounge/kitchen area and the outside balcony and seating area. Everything about this accommodation has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. As a self-catering accommodation, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Green Dragon Glamping - a private half acre meadow

Guests get sole use of a secluded half acre meadow in a peaceful rural location. The accommodation comprises of a converted "rock group" tour bus and 5m bell tent. Together they sleep between 2-6 people (2 in the bus and 4 in the tent). Guests have access to their own private eco toilet and gas shower (or use the flushing toilet and electric shower also nearby). Sit around the fire pit or cook in the covered rustic kitchen (twin electric hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, hot water and plug points).

A truly unique hand crafted living space can be found within this restored & converted 1967 Bedford horse lorry Douglas. Buried within the Norfolk wildlife, you'll find the hidden off grid eco-friendly space. With 1/2 an acre of wildflower set outside the unit, the space is designed to be shared with nature - the perfect get away hide away. The site boasts separate private toilet and shower units, pubs & fresh produce within walking distance, local walks & a 30min drive to Norwich or coast.

Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.

Standing in a field of a working, family run, farm is this beautifully converted lorry horse box. With a double bed over the lorry cab, bunk beds at the far end and a three seater sofa with a lovely view of the sunset out of the patio doors. The patio doors lead out onto a raised decking area where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine or two in the evening, whilst star gazing. A stay in our horsebox is perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all.

The Bell tent and Chrome Caravan offers a double bed in the tent and two pull out beds in the caravan, outdoor seating and alfresco dining, a shower block provides a private walk-in shower and toilet. The purpose build communal cooking and washing up area boasts a dual sink, fridge, gas and electric hobs. Space is shared with additional outdoor experiences we offer at the farm. A cooked breakfast is available for an extra charge upon request

Come and stay in our lovely Airstream where you can enjoy a wonderful glamping experience. The Airstream decked out with luscious fabrics for a wonderfully cosy, intimate feel has a cool outdoor kitchen and loo a few steps away across the garden. All set in beautiful grounds, its unique!

Our beautiful shepherd hut lies in a private nature reserve in the heart of the English countryside. Sympathetically managed the meadow evolves throughout the year and offers the perfect spot to switch off from everyday life. The hut contains a kingsize bed with luxury mattress and underbed storage; fitted kitchenette with pop-up dining area; en-suite with a shower, flushing loo and heated towel rail.
