The Princess Anne is named for the ancient barrier island that is now downtown St. Marys. This is a 3 bed/2 bath that was completely renovated in 2022. With under a mile walk, you can explore downtown to dine at local resturaunts and view the Saint Marys River. The location is perfect to take day trips to Cumberland Island, Okefenokee Swamp, Ceylon WMA, Crooked River State Park, St. Marys River, Satilla River, Jekyll Island, and Amelia Island / Fernandina. Only 30 minutes from the JAX airport.

Parking for 4 cars. Our home is located in a very convenient location: Less than 1 mile to the main road I-295 as well as the Costco store and Walmart Supercenter. At the same time, the house is located in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed by the various noises of city life.
