Relax with the whole family at this beautiful mid century lakefront bungalow on the quiet side of Lake LBJ in Kingsland, TX. Or maybe it's a girlfriends getaway without kids? Either way enjoy your coffee or wine out on the patio, by the pool, enjoying the view of gorgeous Lake LBJ. Be entertained inside playing ping pong, cards, watching TV or spend your time outside on the lake, kayaking or fishing. Don't forget to feed the ducks off the dock in the mornings. The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below.. I also have another guestroom space in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2

Private tropical 🌴 pool to our 3 rentals ( may be shared) Lake access. The amenities include 1 double kayak , 4 single kayaks, and 1 paddle boards. Life vest provided. A pop up tent, lake chairs amd limited fishing equipment. Centrally located to many restaurants,wineries.

There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.
