Our thoughtfully renovated little 1970’s apartment is literally just a stone’s throw from the beach and 3 minute drive to Kingston amenities. Smell the fresh, salt air and the eucalypt trees, taste the coffee and food at the local cafes & restaurants (only 2 minutes walk!), and enjoy putting your feet up to relax at The Kingswood. There are many nearby adventures to be had with the Huon Valley just 20 minutes drive away and Hobart CBD 12 minutes, but you'll probably just want to enjoy the beach!

Black Swan Cottage - Unique riverfront living

Black Swan Cottage provides a unique opportunity for people who wish to experience living in Tasmania in such a beautiful location that Kingston Beach has to offer. The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.
