Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

One bedroom, one bath, remodeled condo, private beach, 2 pools (1 heated yr round), 1 kids pool, 2 jacuzzis, subterranean parking, pier, boat dock, saunas, gym, laundry. Well appointed, beautifully furnished condo, centrally-located, very walkable, close groceries & restaurants, Ski Run Marina, El Dorado Beach boat launch, Heavenly Ski Resort, casinos. Transient Occupancy Taxes are collected by host and passed to City of South Lake Tahoe. Taxes are 12% of rental amount (without Airbnb fees).

Casita in Wine Country

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The hosts live on sight but enjoy sharing their beautiful view from this separate Casita. There is a fun 1 mile hike on the property. Only 5-10 minute drive to local wineries. The quaint town of Plymouth is a 10 minute drive which hosts Taste, a 5 Star restaurant. Black Chasm Caverns is a 30 minute drive as well as Jackson Rancheria Casino. Kirkwood Skiing is an hour drive. We have a Tesla charging station for an additional $20 a night.
