The Aerie Beach Cabin

Enjoy the beach with a 180 degree ocean view. perched atop the sand dunes the Aerie features west and north facing windows allowing you to see the surf almost anywhere in the cabin. The Aerie is an off-grid cabin featuring indoor bathroom with compost toilet and heated shower. For heat this cabin has thermostat controlled hydronic base board heaters and a wood stove for secondary heat Cooler provided (need to bring ice), being offgrid there is basic electricity for lights and run shower pump.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin situated 5 min. from downtown Terrace. Nestled among a cedar and spruce grove this cabin looks out over the Skeena River with a beautiful view of Sleeping Beauty Mountain. Our rustic tiny cabin is situated on ocean front facing Hecate Strait. We have miles of secluded beach where you can enjoy the sun rises and ocean tides. The tiny cabin has everything you need to make your stay comfortable: a wood stove, heater, a double bed, kitchenette, barbecue and a fire pit. There's a separate full shared bathroom with an outdoor private shower. Plenty of space to put up a tent or we can make up a mattress on the floor for kids.

Cozy A-frame Cabin.

Our cozy A-Frame cabin is located in a wooded suburban neighborhood across from our home and hobby farm. Just minutes from DT Terrace it offers a clean, comfortable space with a queen sized bed in the loft and full sized pull out couch below. Please be aware that the loft is accessible by ladder-like stairs as shown in the photos that are unlikely to accommodate your pet and may be difficult for very small children or people with mobility issues.

Stay in your own private house just steps from the beach in the community of Tlell on Haida Gwaii.
