Studio 202 in Historic Downtown Ellensburg

Studio 202 is located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Ellensburg. Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tastefully furnished with a queen bed, sitting area, 55” Smart TV, WiFi, AC, and fully equipped kitchenette. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.

The Wood House

The Wood House is a beautiful blend of both old and new while also having the luxuries needed to create the perfect stay. The exterior of the house is a striking mix of old-world charm and modern design, featuring a creative use of reclaimed materials. Enjoy this quiet getaway located just on the edge of town with wonderful country views! Well behaved pets are welcome for a $40 pet fee. Two pets maximum.

The Red Tail Retreat is a secluded and quiet getaway in a brand new luxury stand alone modular home, complete with shower, heat, air, full kitchen, fire place, and wonderful king size bed! Located on a private corner of our property, you will enjoy beautiful views and the relaxing sound of the creek. Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away.
