Between the town Klagenfurt and the lake Wörthersee, our home is situated in a quiet residential area 6 km from Klagenfurt center and 3km from the beautiful Wörthersee. It is also a good spot for winter holidays (ice-skating 10-15 Minutes away, Ski-Resorts 30-60 Minutes away). The distance to the Italian and Slowenian border is about 40 to 50 minutes by car, Venice and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 2,5 hours from here. Daytrip to Ljubljana (90km away) is also a good option!

This modern, spacious house is perfect for a group or family, we have two double rooms and a nursery. Nice bathroom with a big shower and bath. There is a balcony off a very big master bedroom and downstairs the lounge/living room opens onto a garden/terrace with gas bbq and ample seating. We are 50m away from the river and in the city. 15 minutes walk from the centre and 5 minutes from assorted shops. Free parking on site in a covered car port and lock up storage for bicycles.

Das auf Stelzen stehende Filzatelier bietet einen geräumigen Schlaf/Wohnraum Richtung Westen sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Highlight ist ein mit Holz zu befeuernder Zusatzherd . Das Einzelbett kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett (160 cm) erweitert werden. Es gibt auch eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und einen Kühlschrank. Eine Spüle ist nicht vorhanden und der Abwasch kann im Badezimmer erledigt werden.
