Nära till affär, restauranger samt till bussen till Trelleborg/Ystad. Öppen planlösning med välutrustat kök och vardagsrum. Badrum med dusch och toalett. Ni väljer att sova i en bekväm bäddsoffa eller på loftet. Egen altan med tillgång till grill. Rökning och husdjur är inte tillåtet. Täcke och kuddar finns, lakan och handdukar medtages av gästerna.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Strax utanför Trelleborg hyr vi ut vårt gästhus på 25kvm + loft. Ca 7 minuter med bil till närmsta strand och matbutik. 6km till Trelleborg centrum. Naturnära, mysig lugn miljö. Loftet har en dubbelmadrass och en singel. Finns extra madrass och soffa. Utrustat kök med kyl, frys och ugn/spis. Kaffe och tekokare finns tillgängligt. Fullt utrustat badrum med dusch. Gästhuset ligger längre ner på boningshusets tomt och det finns parkering tillgänglig för gäster.

This is a perfect spot for a nice, relaxing holiday. It’s close to restaurants, the grocery store, tennis club, minigolf and beautiful trekking or running tracks. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.

Östra Torp's old school has half-meter-thick walls and deep window niches that give an extra cozy feeling. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor with a view and small patio. The rental part is separated from the rest of the property and with a newly renovated shower / toilet.
