This is an architecturally modern interpretation of a traditional Lithuanian homestead, located in a very picturesque location of the Salantai Regional Park, next to the Minija river slopes, on the Sauseriai forthill, surrounded by Natura2000 forests and cultivated blooming meadows. We invite you to visit us, stay in 1of2 unique tiny architectural houses, swim in the river, spend time in sauna or massage spa pool, walk in the forest when it rains or snows, enjoy food, conversations and nature.

2020 07 mėn. duris atvėrė naujai renovuotas, stilingas "Pamario namelis". Namelio erdvė išsidėsčiusi per du aukštus ir skirta 3 asm. Pirmame aukšte rasite mini virtuvėlę, svetainės zona su išskleidžiama kampine sofa (145x200), wc. Iš pirmo aukšto patogiais laiptais patenkama į miegamąjį. Jūsų patogiam poilsiui yra dvigulė lova (160x200). Pro stoglangį patenkanti šviesa iš pietų miegamajam suteikia malonų šviesos ir erdvės pojutį. Prie namelio yra terasa su lauko baldais, skirta tik Jums.

This is an unique space to rest in forest, away from the city lights and people. Tiny house (20sq. meter) is located in a private area, 60 meters from the small lake which is known for its extremely beautiful colored water. Private forest is five steps away from the terrace. Outside hot tub with the view to the forest is a magnificent experience. It is not included into the price and additionally costs 30 Eur. House and outside area is fully equipped for a convenient and relaxing stay.

New and sunny holiday house with a private terrace is located in a calm neighbourhood. In the house, you will find one bedroom on the second floor, bathroom, living room and kitchen with everything you might need for cooking on the first floor. The cosy romantic terrace where you can spend evenings with your family and enjoy dinner cooked on the BBQ grill. The house stands just a few minutes to the quiet and clean seaside, so you will be able to hear the sound of sea waves.

1.5 bedroom two level chalet ‘Gile’ is a newly restored ethnographic ranch located in Zemaitijos national park near the lake Plateliai, surrounded by the forest. You will enjoy private garden, hot tub in the terrace and amazing forest view. You will find many cool chill areas, jacuzzi-hot tubs, Horse riding centre, outdoor fire place etc. 200m away there is famous Paplateles tracking trail, 300m away there is bicycle track which can take you around the lake and much more.

Fishermans house on the lagoon shore/Vila Preiloja

Little fishermans house on the lagoon shore in Preila. On the ground floor( about 11 m2) there is a mini kitchen with all home appliances, WC, shower, sofa-bed). Entrance to second floor is from the outside. There is a double sleeping bed. House is suitable for undemanding guests, who like to spend most of the time outdoors, as house is not big. Near the house there is outdoors furniture, grill and perfect view to the lagoon.

Jaukus svečių namelis Jokūbavo kaimo pakraštyje, šalia pamiškės. Viskas ko reikia patogiam poilsiui, dviejų kambarių namelis su erdvia svetainės ir virtuves zona, vonios kambarys su dušo kabina, atskiras miegamasis su tinkuotomis molio sienomis, kurios sukuria gerą mikroklimatą miegui. Dideli langai leidžia pasijausti arčiau gamtos, o vakarais kviečia palydėti saulėlydžius.

Šiaurinis namelis kaimo turizmo sodyba Satavi

Šiuo metu nuomojami du jaukūs namukai su vaizdu į marias, kuriuose yra dviaukštė lova (apačioje dvivietė, viršuje – vienvietė), išskleidžiama sofa („pusantros“ vietos). Yra tualetas. Svečių virtuvėlė atskira, už 20 metrų. Nameliai turi terasą, kurioje galite pailsėti ir pasigrožėti užburiančiu marių vaizdu. Namelyje gali apsistoti 3-5 žmonės (3 suaugę, 2 vaikai).

Everyone will find there beauty of nature, peace of mind. Next to the house there is fresh fish smokehouse, shop, bike rental, bicycle path. The villa features 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a shower , two terraces. This is our guests' favourite part of Palanga.
