Just a couple of blocks from downtown Klamath Falls, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, local brewery/pubs, parks, museums, local boutiques and numerous hiking trails! This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. The Hot Tub sits in a gorgeous and totally private meadow, surrounded by the redwood forest. There is an outdoor BBQ and fire ring. The location conveniently located 15 minutes from Arcata or Eureka.
