Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. Free parking. The Barn stands alone overlooking the small village, and the Baca valley. Its a peaceful getaway.

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

You can go fishing, hiking in the mountain, hunting, canyoningc, cycling, rafting, stand up paddle adventures, paragliding... It is situated close to Most na Soči, Tolmin, Bohinj (motorail-mountaintunnel). On the farm you can get fresh milk, eggs, honig, vegetables.... There is BBQ on the garden. Extra we collect turist tax, 2 EUR/person/night.
