The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

It is an 18 min drive (19km) to the attractive coastal town of Dungarvan. Home to the Waterford Greenway. It is a 18min drive (20km) to the historical town of Lismore. 18 minutes to the Nire Valley where Lake fishing features.

Inside you will find all comforts of home away from home with great attention given to small details. Mick and Mag who live in the main house at the property are on hand if needed.

It is also close to the famous River Blackwater which was known for its salmon fishing. There are great beaches nearby Ardmore, Whiting Bay, Youghal and Redbarn. Dungarvan has a greenway and bicycles are available to hire if required
