'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Located in the old town of Fleetwood, Seadogs is the perfect base to explore Blackpool,Thornton-Cleveleys & other areas of the Fylde coast. Fleetwood beach is less than a 5min walk away. Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
