Annexe - Unique house with an art & design vibe

Self-contained annexe for one/two recently redecorated throughout. Attached to house with rooms with an art and design vibe. High speed fibre broadband. Large nature-friendly garden. This annexe is part of an original house featured in the Energy World exhibition in 1986 and was one of the three 'Gas' show homes with state of the art energy efficient features. Things of course have moved on since then :-) and the house and annexe preserve the Energy World feel - both being a bit retro

There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

The Former Stables

A self-contained, one bedroom apartment which was converted from stables around 10 years ago. It is around 550 sqft and has a large double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a comfortable open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and a limestone shower room. And of course, it has a stable door! Located in the middle of a small village which is approximately 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard where fast trains to London take just 30 minutes.

Quiet, comfortable, spacious, walk to MK station.

The apartment occupies part of the ground floor of my house, it has its own door. It is large, beautifully finished and well equipped. There are many restaurants, pubs and sports facilities within a few minutes walk. I am on hand to help if you need it. Loughton village is close to the city centre yet has lots of old world charm with two pubs that were posting houses on the Watling Street and a variety of places to eat in walking distance.
