Take a much needed nap in the hammock on a quiet warm breezy day or converse by the firepit while roasting hotdogs & smores. Watch movies on the large smart tv with bluetooth soundbar. Located in South Knoxville ~6min from downtown/university ~4-8min to trails ~18min from airport ~40min to Sevierville & 55min to Smokies

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).
