(Property shares the pool with the upstairs apartment but has a private terrace and entranceway).

This apartment is close to the construction so there is a special Construction discount between the end of March until the middle of December 2022. Construction 8 am to 5 pm. Some days more noise and some days less. It’s easy to find a quiet spot at the Area.
