The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Glamping Happiness offers everything for a relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy a shared natural pool and a private wellness area, available upon prior notice and for an extra fee. The property is ideal for hiking, cycling, kayaking, or visiting the nearby sports center. In the shared garden, outdoor furniture invites picnics, lounging, or a dip in the pool, while the basement offers a selection of wines to enjoy. The kitchen and the wine cellar are located in the basement area and are not heated.

Apartment Maln are in the center of small village in southeast Slovenia named Dolenjske Toplice. They are surrounded by picturesque hills, smal river and forests with educational paths ideal for interesting day trips. In the nearby is also a lovely park with mighty, 100-year-old trees. Only 50 m from our apartments is also spa center with many swimming pools, new fun center with water slides, saunas, massages ets. Apartments maln are in the building where was grinder more than 800 years.

Our house is 500 years old and is surrounded by gorgeous scenery, the beautiful river Kolpa and is close to the Adriatic sea. Here you can experience the pure energy of nature, flower gardens and visit the castle Kostel. You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.

Grajska kmetija

Grajska kmetija je ena izmed redkih hiš na Kočevskem s hlevom v pritličju. Tak način sobivanja ljudi in živali pod isto streho je bil včasih na tem območju zelo razširjen. Živali se od aprila do oktobra pasejo na travnikih okoli hiše. Glavna dejavnost kmetije je čebelarstvo in sadjarstvo. V neposredni bližini se nahaja tudi čebelnjak, namenjen degustacijam, apiterapiji in opazovanju čebel.
