Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and chickens, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.

Huset er en del af Teater Møn, en tidligere skole, som er et teater og kulturhus, hvor der løbende spilles teaterforestillinger, og afholdes forskellige events, men det foregår i stedets andre huse. Villaen der udlejes, er den gamle inspektørbolig, helt ugenert, med egen udgang til haven. Den er nyistandsat, og smagfuldt indrettet og velegnet til en eller flere familier, der lejer huset sammen.

Villan ligger i Husie och ligger nära Bulltoftapark som bjuder på tennisbanor, gym (inne och ute), café, fotbollsplaner och frisbeegolf! Ett lugnt område med bussförbindelser in till både stadskärnan i Malmö och till Lund. Mataffär finns 5 minuter bort (gångavstånd). Bussen som går 1 min bort från huset tar er in till gågatan i Malmö på 20 min (raksträcka). Bussen som går till Lund tar 25-30 min (raksträcka). Glada och välkomnande värdar väntar på er!
