Based in the lovely area of Mission Bay, Located in Selwyn Avenue, a 15 min walk or 2min bus down to the lively Mission Bay and Kohimarima waterfront, beaches, parks, cafes and restaurants. Convenient to bus stop, local dairy and Eastridge shopping centre where you'll find the local supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, hair & nail salons and eateries. Great for families & ambulant elderly as it is level from carpark to unit, a ramp up to inside, and a low threshold shower in a single level unit.

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower
