There are castles, public baths, streetcars, and Japanese restaurants nearby, and depending on the season, you can enjoy cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, and fireworks, and experience Japanese culture. Most of the things you need for life are nearby and the station is nearby, so it is suitable for long-term stays.

This newly renovated house is located in between Chubu airport and the Nagoya area. The closest station is Obu station and it only takes seven minutes to get there on foot. You have an an easy access to Nagoya city, IKEA, Nagashima Spa land, LEGO land, and so much more! Also it is approximately 45 minutes away from the Nagoya Centrair Airport if you take the highway. There is one parking spot provided. *IMPORTANT* If your nationality is not Japanese, you must bring your Zairyu card or Passport.
