Op slechts 550 meter afstand ligt het treinstation van Koog Bloemwijk, waarvandaan u in slechts 15 minuten naar Amsterdam kunt reizen. Het appartement ligt op de 1e verdieping wat toegankelijk is met een trap er is geen lift aanwezig. Er is een Frans balkon dat uitzicht geeft over het water.
