The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Enjoy lakeside patios for bon fires, fishing and boats to use. Sedlemayer's lakefront restaurant is directly across from us a short paddle away. Near Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.

This is a one bedroom cottage with a pull out sofa that is very comfortable!! Completely remodeled on the inside and in the process of remodeling the landscaping. If we have missed anything, let us know and we will do our best to provide everything to make this a wonderful stay for you!

Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
