Διώροφη κατοικία 154τμ δίπλα στη θάλασσα στον οικισμό Σαμπατική Αρκαδίας. Απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο (περίπου δέκα λεπτά οδήγησης). Die Villa ist umgeben von schönen, alten Olivenbäumen und vier Autominuten vom Strand entfernt. Auf der grossen Terrasse vor dem Haus geniesst man einen überwältigenden Blick auf das Meer.
