Delizioso ed affascinante appartamento di 40mq situato in una casa degli anni '20 recentemente ristrutturata, la casa Ara, offre l'occasione di un soggiorno a Fiume in un contesto particolare. La casa, circondata interamente da un riposante e curato giardino privato con alberi e piante orticole e decorative, dà la possibilità di respirare l'aria rurale e caratteristica di un quartiere antico lontano dal trambusto cittadino ma a soli 15 min a piedi dal centro, dall'area portuale e dalle stazioni.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

1-V is small apartment for 2 guests with enclosed parking, winter terraze and private entrance. Part of 3 apartments on the ground floor. Equipped with necessary, no fast internet. We are on the hill, 600 m from the center, easily reached downhill on foot. For return take a bus No 4 or cheap taxi. Near there are: bus, ATM, GYM, tennis, bakery, grocery store, post-office, pharmacy, restaurants, pizza. Many beaches and swimming pools are 3-4 km away. Rijeka is hillary town, with so many steps.

Dear guests, welcome to our property. The house Jurjoni is located in the countryside and is surrounded by nature. We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Enjoy the combination of modern and antique!

This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
