Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. Boendet är lämpligt både för ett par eller en familj. Husdjur är också tillåtna. Frukost kan beställas mot skild avgift.

Villa Ester är en modern stuga med en separat bastu. Stugan ligger vid stranden, Larsmosjön, stranden är grund och barnvänlig. Vedeldad bastu, badrum med dusch och toalett. Stort kök med öppen spis, allrum och ett sovrum på vinden. Till Karleby (Kokkola) är det 18 km.
