Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Soca Valley - Just renovated

This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

La casa si trova a Valbruna, piccolo e tranquillo paesino della Valcanale, a ridosso delle Alpi Giulie. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e costituisce uno strategico punto di partenza per le escursioni naturalistiche e storiche che offre la Val Saisera. In paese c'è un negozio di alimentari per le prime necessità, a poche centinaia di metri dalla casetta. Un supermercato è a 4 chilometri in direzione di Tarvisio. Ad un km da Valbruna si trovano gli accessi alla ciclovia AlpeAdria.

House Eden with mountain views

House Eden has a beautiful view of mountains from all rooms and has a nice garden where you can rest in shadow. It is ideal for two families, as it has two bathrooms, next to three bedrooms on the first floor and a toilet, on the ground floor. There is also a large bedroom for kids, with a playing area. The kitchen and a dining area are really large, with everything you need to prepare a larger feast. In the living room there is a TV and Wi-Fi. The house is close to Bled - 15 min on foot.

Trenta Cottage

Charming cottage with amazing views in the centre of Triglav National Park. A great place to get away from busy city life. With a secluded location and beautiful views you can truly relax or take a scenic hike. The cottage is walking distance to Soča river source, Alpe Adria Trail, Julius Kugy monument and other hiking trails. The perfect getaway for anyone in search of an adventure. Accessible by car and family friendly. Fully equipped kitchen, full bath, heating and cozy fireplace.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

Mountain View House - Panoramic!

Mountain View House boast's panoramic view's to the front of the property and woodland's to the rear. The spacious detached house is positioned quietly at the very top of a lane within the Julian Alps. Situated over 3 floors with a bathroom on each level and a large sunny terrace leading from the main living space and fully equipped kitchen, makes this ideal for dining, entertaining and sunbathing whilst absorbing the peace and tranquillity and those spectacular view's!

Vila Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Located in the heart of the idyllic alpine village Podkoren, 5 minute drive from Kranjska Gora, close to the Italian and Austrian border. This house is perfect for a group of 8 – 10 people. There are 4 bedrooms in the house with the possibility of an additional couch bed. The house includes 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. 3 balconies provide plenty of space for outdoor seating. Free parking space avaliabile in front of the house.
