Whole house in front of the sea !

The house is about 15 steps from beach. This property is situated by the seaside road of Toroni right across the beach. There is 1 parking spot available in the front part of the house,next comes the road and then the beach. This is a privately owned ground floor apartment (in a two-floor building) with a private entrance. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with some cookware, a big table as well as a living room which can be used as a 3rd bedroom since it has a sliding door.

The villa, located in Halkidiki, offers a unique view on the gulf of Posidi and Olympos Mountain. The residence of 250 m2 has a capacity to accommodate 7 people: the living room, the kitchen, 3 rooms (2 rooms with a double bed, one room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets and an independent toilet are situated at the first floor.
